According to the book, Trump has spoken to Putin seven times since leaving office, which is more than he has spoken to some of his own family members. There was even a mention of Trump sending a shipment of hard-to-find COVID-19 testing machines to Putin during the height of the pandemic. Putin allegedly asked Trump not to tell anyone about it because people would be mad at Trump, not him.

Melania shares anecdotes about her time as First Lady, including a moment when Trump called her in to watch a classified military operation, despite her not having security clearance. She also claimed that she was unaware of the events on January 6th because she was busy with White House renovations.
One of the most shocking claims in the book, though fake, is that Trump told Melania that their son, Barron, was bred specifically for his organs. While this claim is entirely fabricated, Kimmel highlighted the absurdity of some stories circulating about the former President and his family.
On a lighter note, Kimmel mocked the cover art of Melania’s book, jokingly suggesting that it was designed by someone using a free trial of Photoshop. He also mentioned the fragrance associated with the book, which apparently smells like Slovenian prenup ink.
