Known for his incredible ability to manipulate minds using a deck of cards, Jim Carol took center stage on the talk show. Ellen, eager to experience his mind-boggling skills, was up for the challenge.
Jim mixed up the deck of cards just a little before inviting Ellen to cut it anywhere she wanted. After a slightly rough cut, Jim got ready to amaze the audience.
He instructed Ellen to count to ten as fast as she could, and even though she stumbled a bit, Jim was undeterred. He confidently shared that he had memorized a significant portion of the deck.
Taking the cards back, Jim began naming cards, and each time Ellen had to reveal the card from the top of the deck. First, he correctly guessed a Two of Spades, followed by a Ten of Diamonds. However, things got trickier, and Jim struggled to name the next card correctly.
But Jim had something even better up his sleeve. He invited Ellen to pick a card, not revealing it to him or the camera. He asked her to slide it into the deck and mix the cards. This time, Ellen would be the magician.
Jim directed Ellen to throw the deck at his shoe when he gave her a target. As she launched the deck, everyone watched with anticipation. Miraculously, the chosen card landed on his shoe.

Jim held a deck of cards and instructed Vance to imagine having a deck too. Vance was asked to pick a card, look at it, and place it upside down in his imaginary deck. To everyone’s astonishment, Jim revealed that one card in his real deck was also upside down, matching Vance’s imaginary card. The chosen card was the Three of Hearts.
