Johnny Knoxville, the fearless daredevil known for his outrageous stunts on the hit show “Jackass,” recently made an appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show. In a hilarious and candid interview, Knoxville shared insights into his most intense stunts and the journey that led him to become a household name in the world of entertainment.

Known for his high tolerance for pain and his willingness to take on any challenge, Knoxville revealed that there is no trick to his stunts – he simply does them and gets badly hurt in the process. Despite his reputation for fearlessness, Knoxville confessed that he is actually a coward by nature and that the stunts he performs on Jackass really do hurt.

So how did Knoxville find himself on a show like Jackass? It all started when he was writing for a skateboard magazine and producing skateboard videos, featuring people doing odd and often dangerous things. Knoxville himself ended up participating in these videos, and his fearless attitude and knack for entertaining viewers caught the attention of producers. And the rest, as they say, is history.

During his interview with Ellen, Knoxville shared some of the most memorable stunts he has performed. From being hit in the face with a frozen fish to wearing a suit of fish and getting attacked by seagulls, the stunts may sound crazy, but Knoxville assures us they are not fun. He also shared stories of walking naked through a car wash and driving a van with a doll in a baby seat on top of it – stunts that definitely raised a few eyebrows.

With his infectious sense of humor, Knoxville recounted the reactions of people who witnessed his stunts firsthand. He recalled instances where people chased him down, wanting to fight, after seeing him drive away with a baby carrier on top of his van. Knoxville jokingly admitted that he’s not a good fighter, with a record of 0 and 87 in street fights.

Beyond his daredevil antics, Knoxville is a family man. He has been married for nine years and has a nine-year-old daughter named Madison, whom he fondly refers to as “chicken butt.” While his daughter doesn’t see the stunts where he gets hurt, she enjoys the less dangerous and naughty antics of the Jackass crew, like seeing Wee Man dressed as an Oompa Loompa.

Despite the risks involved in his stunts, Knoxville considers himself lucky to have only experienced concussions, sprains, and a couple of small breaks. Luckily, he hasn’t had any long-term injuries.

Nowadays, Knoxville has moved on from Jackass and is focusing on his acting career. During his interview with Ellen, he discussed his latest movie, “Dotry Calhoun,” which was produced by Quentin Tarantino. Knoxville praised Tarantino, describing him as a generous and sweet person. The film, set in Knoxville’s home state of Tennessee, explores the relationship between a father and daughter, a subject that resonates with Knoxville as a father himself.

With his trademark humor and infectious personality, Knoxville left the audience in stitches during his appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show. Although he may not be doing death-defying stunts anymore, his fearless spirit and comedic talent continue to entertain audiences on the big screen.
