Scheer also shared another amusing anecdote from when he planned a Mission Impossible screening and hired a Tom Cruise impersonator to introduce the movie. He recalled a time in college when he and his friend Greg Daniels (creator of “The Office”) were asked to be bodyguards for a Michael Jackson impersonator during a parade. Despite this, Scheer’s main concern was dodging a water balloon thrown at the fake Michael Jackson.
